Terms of Service

By using the ZysHub platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Continued use of the Platform constitutes your full acceptance.

You may only use the Platform if you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please do not use the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Do not share your credentials with others.

If you detect unauthorized use, immediately notify the ZysHub team.

The following content and behaviors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the Platform:

🔞 Sexual Content & Nudity • Sharing any pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos, text or links • Uploading nudity of any kind (including artistic) • Promoting sexual services, escort services, or similar content • Any content depicting minors in a sexual context — this will be immediately reported to authorities

⚖️ Illegal Content • Any content that violates applicable law • Promoting or facilitating drug trafficking, weapons, or controlled substances • Uploading copyrighted music, images, or videos without permission

🚫 Harmful & Harassing Content • Hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination-based content • Harassment, threats, or non-consensual sharing of personal information • Using false or misleading identities

ZysHub does not pre-screen user-generated content but evaluates violation reports and takes action when necessary.

For accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, ZysHub reserves the right to:

• Issue a warning • Remove profile content • Temporarily suspend the account • Permanently close the account and block future registrations

These actions may be taken without prior notice. The type of enforcement is entirely at ZysHub's discretion.

The Platform may only be used to create personal profile pages and share social links. The following are prohibited:

• Attacks, DDoS, or malware targeting Platform infrastructure • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate spam • Attempting unauthorized access to others' accounts

The Platform's design, logo, code, and all original content belong to ZysHub and are protected by copyright law. No part may be copied or used commercially without written permission.

ZysHub reserves the right at any time to modify Platform features, update these Terms, or terminate accounts without reason.

Upon account termination, your access to uploaded content ends and that content may be deleted.

ZysHub is NOT responsible for user-generated content. Legal, moral, or commercial responsibility for any content published on the Platform rests solely with the user who created it.

ZysHub does not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform • The accuracy or legality of user content • The safety of third-party links

The Platform is provided "AS IS." ZysHub shall not be held liable under any circumstances for direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Our practices regarding the collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you accept these practices.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
